While at Retsly, I was in charge of much of the illustration work, from the design of the homepage background to diagrams explaining the function of Retsly's platform. Below are two of such tasks.

Section 01 - Computer, Coffee and Idea
This was the first area of contact when entering the website. The reason for using "sketch" outlines is because at Hackathons, the goal is not to have finished products but good ideas that are work-in-progress. All assets were animated using SVG animations.
Section 02 - About Retsly Diagram
This was a simple diagram to convey the way that Retsly worked to developers, designers and business people. There would be SVG animations for the sections to show the flow of data. Icons and good illustration helps in making complex ideas more easily comprehensible.
Section 03 - Prize, Beer and RedBull
This is suppose to represent the end of the event, which is usually covered in beer and RedBull cans from developers pulling all-nighters. The illustration functioned the same way using SVG animations and scroll magic to watch for the location such that it animated only when at this point.
